I had my first scan today too! Baby was absolutely adorable, little feet crossed, hands up by it's mouth...ah, I'm so in love. I didn't get a nub shot, but I may still post my pics for some skull theory guesses...why not, eh? It's all in good fun. I'm 13weeks pregnant but babe was measuring 13+6 which would move my EDD to June 19th-my birthday!! Wouldn't that be the coolest?

Thanks for all the lovely messages girls. After a bit of fight with the nhs i finally got scanned (they didn't want to do it since i was scanned the week before, even though it was private), still not been dated though so am going by my lmp dates. So far so good, she has grown since last week and her little hear beat was beating away so although we aren't out of the woods yet, its good news for now. Just keeping my fingers crossed she carries on fighting - no idea what all of the pains were though.

Keeping my fingers crossed, of course, but glad to hear everything went well Mine was fab too.

Thanks Jadis, glad all went well with your scan to. I so love my dvd of the baby moving, she is so cute i must have watched it every night at least. I'm usually to much of a mess at my scans to watch properly they always seem to go by in a blur, glad you got some good bonding time in. Did you catch sight of a nub at all

I don't think I'm feeling anything. Last week I thought I felt something, I was at work and thought i felt faint flutters in my belly. But I didn't feel them anymore, so now I'm thinking it was my intestines or something, I'm not quite sure. I got first kicks from my DS at 16weeks, so I'm expecting them to start any time now. Just can't wait till I'm sure he's kicking not gas!

Hehe I know what you mean! Sometimes I feel pressure rather then kicks, like as if she's sticking her feet out or maybe pressing her back? I still haven't felt too much movement, sometimes here and there. But as you said can't wait till I know 150% it's not just a tummy rumble or something haha!!

I had my u/s today but did not get a potty shot. I had the grumpy old lady u/s tech today and she said it was to early to tell. Baby only showed his/her back side today anyway. I go for a gender scan on Jan 15. Woohoo, I can't wait!
