I just wanted to share that we had another ultrasound at 16 weeks this past weekend, and it was confirmed that we are indeed having boy/girl twins.
However, the babies have switched positions, and the boy (formerly Baby "B") is now closer to the cervix, making him now Baby "A." So the girl is kind of on top of him, and has now become Baby "B." At the ultrasound, they were laying sort of head-to-toe, opposite of each other. I got some great shots of them, and I'd love to share them here....

I think one is a girl. And boy/boy twins is pretty rare anyway.
