Oh yes, I never had headaches in my past pregnancies the way I'm suffering them now. I keep the tylenol handy!

Yes when I'm really tired and/or dehydrated (vomiting a lot). I try really hard to keep fluids up but even that's hard some days. Sometimes I can't keep water down but sipping ginger and lemon tea often stays down and helps.

Oh Violet, that's awful. This pregnancy was the mildest morning sickness I've had, though it didn't feel mild when I was in the thick of it. I really hope you're feeling much better very soon. Judging by your ticker, you've only got a few weeks left in the first trimester. I hope the second tri is much much much easier on you. Hang in there.

Is anyone getting really bad headaches? I can't remember getting this before - think supposed to be a boy sign though??

I had them for about a month or so right after I got my positive. No more thankfully!

Ok so I'm off for my first u/s today
I'm sooo nervous.
I'm just hoping I can see a little heartbeat that will make me satisfied for now!
And hopefully make me less moody.... Anyone else super moody with the more preg they have had???

I've been really moody with this baby and had head aches - only with this one though. Often feels like i have really bad pms

ok so i had my u/s today...abdominal could only see the sac and the silly u/s tech said well we cant confirm your pg when did u take pg test MEver 2 weeks ago HIM: well uj might only be 4 weeks cos it shows up after 2...ME umm ok ( was just upset not thinking then later realised we are not pg at 2 weeks we are doing the deed to get pg!!!)
So i say can we do a transvag he says ok but we wont see anything...me im willing to take the risk lol
Surprise surprise we see a heart beating away 127bpm...So i got the short straw with the u/s tech today never had a prob before
ANYWAY my dates made me 6w2d does this still sound right to you ladies .....how early can u see h/b through transvag
the guy didnt even end up giuving me due date he still kept trying to say i was maybe 5 weeks agggghhhh why o why did i have to get this D H going away 2moro night and i thought this u/s would hold me out now im more than anything wanting to go somewhere else but no i cant for a couple of weeks!!!!

Sorry to hear you had such a D H mummyof3boys. Congrats on seeing your baby and knowing that it's heart is beating. Good on you for insisting on the transvaginal and getting a closer look for peace of mind. I know what you mean with crappy u/s techs, I had a shocker with DS3's 12 week scan and I was almost crying. He kept saying how I was too fat to get a proper look and could I hold my fat out of the way. So rude, I wasn't even that big and I was pregnant which made what weight I was carrying on my tummy stick out further then norm. He wouldn't let me see the screen to see bub until he was happy that bub was the right size to check for measurements so I had to ask hubby if there was a baby on the screen and he got up me for being impatient. Was awful. Just try to shrug it off and at least you know that your baby is fine and I hope you have a better tech next time.
