Mummyof3 sorry you had such a crappy us tech - cant believe you had to insist on transvag. They do that at our hospital on every scan now to check cervix etc and baby things they can't do normally and before a certain amount of weeks which I think is 11 they just do transvag. Violet - how rude of that tech - did you complain? I would have been horrified although I probably would have been rude back and had to point out that they were ugly or something! Am speechless at that - shouldn't matter what size you are and you certainly don't look large to me in your pic.

Got another headache but I think that's cos hubby has snored constantly through the night - wish we had a spare room lol!!!! He has been irritating me anyway this past two weeks but that maybe cos I am a touch moody although dont like to admit it to him!!!!!

ok so i had my u/s today...abdominal could only see the sac and the silly u/s tech said well we cant confirm your pg when did u take pg test MEver 2 weeks ago HIM: well uj might only be 4 weeks cos it shows up after 2...ME umm ok ( was just upset not thinking then later realised we are not pg at 2 weeks we are doing the deed to get pg!!!)
So i say can we do a transvag he says ok but we wont see anything...me im willing to take the risk lol
Surprise surprise we see a heart beating away 127bpm...So i got the short straw with the u/s tech today never had a prob before
ANYWAY my dates made me 6w2d does this still sound right to you ladies .....how early can u see h/b through transvag
the guy didnt even end up giuving me due date he still kept trying to say i was maybe 5 weeks agggghhhh why o why did i have to get this D H going away 2moro night and i thought this u/s would hold me out now im more than anything wanting to go somewhere else but no i cant for a couple of weeks!!!!

I've been really moody with this baby and had head aches - only with this one though. Often feels like i have really bad pms

Mrs P. I was like that with DS - lol poor DH. I would be happy one second and RAGING MAD the next!! Looking back I just have to laugh, I got mad over the funniest things!

mummyof3boys i had early ultra sounds with all two of my babes, ds2 i was six weeks and they couldn't see a heart beat, they said it was touch and go as to whether they found it in the sixth week, that was transvaginal. The week later he had a proper heart beat.

This one i was 7 weeks plus 3, they said she measured six at the time (although dating that early is never accurate) but she had a heart beat and may dates turned out to be right at my 12 week cvs scan.

I think a heart beat is only visible between the latter part of week 6 and week 7 so its not very likely that you are only 5 weeks - heart doesn't start beating until the beginning of the 6th week from what i have read.

Hi again.... So after having the internal u/s yesterday afternoon I have woken up this morning after going to the bathroom and had blood when I wiped, like a decent amount but after that of cos I have been to the bathroom 1000 times there is the the tiniest bit each time I wipe... No cramps pain ect do u think it could just be from tranvaginal u/s????

I don't belong to this thread but wanted to say I think the spotting is due to the vaginal u/s you had. I've had the same thing happen to me in my past pregnancies and baby was fine.

Thanks!!! )I no I can't change whatever's meant to happen anyway so just need to go with the flow.. Well try anyway
But yeah never ever bled with any of my preg that have been fine so just freaking out a bit! And to add to it going camping today with the family including mother in law bro inlaw his partner , friends and thier kids so sorta having a panic attack that here I will be bleeding having a miscarriage while camping:/
Wish I could get u/s before we went today but being NY day here everything's closed so will see how I go over today and if I'm still bleeding will try n find somewhere to go get one 2 Moro!

Happy New Year Ladies, hope you all had a good one. Very quite for me, didn't even see 12 o'clock, would rather my sleep.

Mummyof3boys, so good you got to see baby and a strong HB but not a great experience. You would think in the job they are in they would be a bit more sensitive. I hope you have not had any more bleeding and can try and enjoy your time away.

Ladies, I too have been really moody and want to cry all the time. Yesterday I could have shouted at everyone all day. It was a really hard day and the MS has got a bit worst. I am back to work tomorrow so really hoping it will be OK. Also i am showing already so will need to hide it as much as possible. I am only 9 weeks, anyone else showing this early?
