Does swaying cause miscarriages to be more likely to happen? I honestly have never heard of so many losses before. I actually have never had anyone I know/know of lose a baby. It's all been stories of friends of friends of friends etc! Although, most people I know arent having babies yet. It may be a silly question, but just wondering if that could be part of it?

Our family is now complete - no more babies for us. We didn't get our girl but I wouldn't trade my boys for the world, so in love.

Personally, I have my doubts that swaying has anything to do with losses. Unfortunately, miscarriages are incredibly common though this group has suffered an awful lot, it seems. If someone has a history of recurrent m/c, there's likely something bigger than crystal light and Rephresh at the bottom of it. My heart breaks for everyone here who's had a loss, wish there was something that could be done to make it all better for you. Whatever you do, don't blame yourselves. There was nothing you did to cause the losses, they just happen and that just sucks.
I feel guilty and selfish just sharing this now, but I wanted to let you guys know that I booked my next scan. THE scan. We'll be finding out whether we've got a Maggie or a Lenny on board on Jan.23rd, I'm terrified. I was in such a rush to know, but now I'm scared of having my last hope for a girl dashed. Maybe ignorance really is bliss. I doubt I'll sleep much in the days leading up to this scan.2008,

Oh my gosh more sad sad news, really sorry to all of the ladies who are having to experience this. I've only ever seen one or two early m/c on the other threads, we seem to have lost lots of babies (but then again i suppose we do have a large group and a lot of us know so early on, but even so seems a lot).

To any of the girls around 16 weeks ish, are you feeling pregnant??
What little bit of sickness i had disappeared well before 12 weeks, i'm not yet at the phase where i'm feeling babe kick (although may have felt one or two movements) and despite i'm a looking a little fat i don't feel pregnant, i keep forgetting i am at times.
I don't remember this middle gap with the others, maybe because i had bad m/s i was just relieved to get a few weeks off and feel normal, but is it normal, are others experiencing the same???( Been feeling like this for weeks and was so worried maybe i'd lost the baby and didn't know, although there was a heart beat 2 weeks ago and i was feeling like this then to)
Any advice or opinions?

I know I'm a bit farther along but I haven't felt pregnant since about 14 weeks. My nausea came to a dead stop! Other then a big belly and now feeling baby move all the time, I feel no different then usual. Thinking back, I think DS1 was like this as well for pregnancy from the beginning pretty much right till the end. I felt sicker in the first tri with this pregnancy. I know what you mean about being a bit worried!
