Hi! I'm on day one of my diet, so far so good, all those left overs and cakes have been resisted! Not sure whether I will add anything else to my sway bar diet, I tried Shettles last time ;D I've read a few mentions of baby aspirin, yet to find the link to girl swaying info and what the heck it is?!

    Do u have pcos too?
    thank you for the info!
I had a hormone test done when at uni. At the time I was single so when they told me I might have mild PCOS (whatever the results were, they were "borderline" normal) but I didn't look into it more at the time. I've had my ovaries scanned when I've been pregnant before (and one following a MC) but they've never found any cysts... so not sure if that means I don't have it or if they clear up when pregnant. I do have some other symptoms of imbalance, though (irregular periods but don't seem to miss any just varying lengths of cycles, short luteal phase, some excess hair, and had some acne issues when younger) but I don't have any issues with weight gain but, again, perhaps that's because my family are all slim and I'm genetically slim. So really I'm not sure if I have it or not!

I am consuming 1200 calories a day. I'm using a microwave meal and a pack of supernoodles and for desert a couple of pieces of cheese or full fat plain yoghurt with Canderel.

Is this a good diet or should I try anything else?

Never tried super noodles, which flavour is best and what microwave meal did you get, I find them so hard to find, that always seem to have too much sodium.
Found a cheese and tomato pizza in tesco, within our limits, it is very satisfying!!!!

I love bacon super noodles and the mild chilli ones! You can also find bacon noodles in Aldi for 18p, they are yummy and less salt.

I get the low calorie microwave meals from Asda, way more choice than Tesco. Also I don't mind they Weight Watchers ones, but they're not always very satisfying!

I think Atomic said sodium doesn't sway.

I'm not sure if I should do a mix between Ingender and here. But I don't like most of the recipes

But I really want a so might eat my micro meals & noodles plus a bit of yoghurt and milk, making sure I keep within the limits of protein and calories.

But does this sound like a swaying diet or a recipe for disaster?

    Hi all,
Here's what I find is a great lunch or dinner which has kept me sane on the diet so far.
Warburton square wrap or any bread you like really, low sodium if you are doing that.buy Tesco low fat mozzarella or any brand, cop that up on the slice of bread or wrap with sliced mushrooms our baby plum/cherry tomatoes and some capers for an extra but of taste.I also like things spicy and so I use a chilli flake grinder over the top for a kick and then melt cheese under a grill.quick, easy, low fat and no meat.plus you can experiment with all diff toppings but the mozzarella really helps me feel like i'm not dieting.I use fit pal to track my calories etc.I also like Tesco light choices tomato soup.tastes just like Heinz cream of tomato soup and the values are all prettylow. And Tesco are also doing nice frozen risotto and different riced now how this helps
