You finish baby dancing, run to the toilet or bathtub.. and try to squeeze/push out the sperm so you don't have a wad sitting in there.. even though most comes out anyway, it's just your effort to get it out to sway pink.
My definition even includes rinsing off and even soaping off. It didn't stop DS#2 from being conceived though!

I didn't J&D with this pregnancy.. if anything I laid there and didn't move for many minutes! at least 45 LOL
It's all personal preference and what you think will work in your sway.

the compromise is to lay there for 5 mins (as a number of the most motile sperm will make it into the cervix by then) and then to J&D, so you knock down the quantity of sperm in there but not as drastically

You can also do a compromise J and D just like Rainbow describes, where you get up after 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc. and do J and D.

When I conceived my DD, I got up after like 15 seconds give or take, went to the bathroom and wiped, then did kegal like exercises a few times. Then wiped really really well to get whatever was left in there out. I Dtd one time, the night I got my + opk. Dh released two times earlier that day.

Another way to do it is to stop the urine mid ****** a few times and push out each time you continue the steam.

Both of these methods are j and d plus SEM ( semen emitting technique). The pushing out I the SEM. I would do both in Addition to the other swaying methods of course.

Oh I wanted to add that when I conceived my DS, I layed with hops propped for 30 min then went to bed. When I conceived DD1 I layed flat for at least 30 min. But I do think J and D plus SEM is a great addition to a pink sway

Got my DD that way. As soon DH released I got up, sat in the bath tub and washed myself down there. Got a surprise BFP later that month.
