    Hi wondering if i can join this thread feel a bit nervous as I have only really been reading thus far and this makes it all real.

    ♥ Swaying Status: 2 weeks into diet/supplements 6 weeks to 1st try (early july)
    ♥ TTC DC #3 (2 girls)
    ♥ Your approach to blue sway: Eating lots meat, potatoes, tomatoes, , fruit and veg and cereal x2 day. Salting all possible. Snacking througout the day. Cut out chocolate, fizzy drinks and sweets limiting calcium but not strictly (no dairy etc but still eating some in vege etc. Drinking green tea, and v8 veg juice both once a day and different fruit juices, lemon water. Doing weights once week.Supplements i am on 2000mg FA, 50mg zinc, potassium suplements, 1000mg fish oil, 500mg vit E, will do ASG, BSF month of try, as well as guanaifesen 5 days prior to ov.

    If you take a break the it has to be a log one right and you don't want that. I mean if you go off the diet for like 2 months then you have to be on again at least 6 weeks ( but I think 3 months is what we have to do right?) to do it right. So that's like 5 months before ttc again?
    What you gonna do? Better get a bfp this month!( I hope)

    welcome and good luck! If you do weight once a week is not enough. And I don't know who is cutting out calcium "strictly" really? ( speak up plz lol) all I know to do best is no dairy...but the rest? We all need to eat fruit and veggie and drink juices right? Really I have no clue how much calcium is in one carrot or grapes or so on.
    I think your diet is good!

    I checked the ph of my green teat and it was 3.6 I drink this all day but I make it with struvia and lemon juice. So even if the ph low it's is from the lemon and it's ok to drink because it's suppose to raise ph after we drinked it or I better get some ph drops and add it in my drinks?

    okay girls quick question....if I am doing the 4 day abstinence and then DTD O-2 and O day. when do I start the four day abstinence....I get two days of +opk on CD 13 and 14.

    I have no idea...I was thinking we need the 4 day before we dtd.But if you do it twice then for the second try you have only 2 day abst. right?

    From what I understand outside the body lemon is very acidic but once it hits us inside it is very alkaline?
