I'm swaying pink - have been taking 1000mg a day. I know the recommended is 1200-1600mg for pink. Should I take 2000mg, leave it at 1000mg or try and find another folic acid pill that is less than 1000mg to make my total somewhere between 1000-2000mg?

Do your FA pills split in half? I have 1000s too, but there's a little indent line on them so I can split them...

1000 is fine for pink sway, 1200-1600 is just being extra cautious

No, mine are in a clear capsule so if I broke it the powder would go everywhere... I'm going to go look for a lower dose and if I can't find one I won't worry about it!
