    Waiting until 10 is fine if you are up early. Eating breakfast is not going to kill your sway, but it does help. There is nothing magic about breakfast either, it's just a technique to keep your blood sugar low for longer and further restrict calories. You do get used to it over the course of time.

    Some people skip breakfast all the time and never suffer, while others have to eat straight away. My mom NEVER eats breakfast and neither does my husband - I can barely function unless I eat when I get up!!
