    Few more Q's! :)

Wondering how much you think muscle and testosterone effect your TTC a girl ability. And if we remain in the fat, protein, etc content of our diet does it matter still if the food is.nutritious? Or should I really stick to the happier stuff? Also I have acid reflux which I'm on meds for. Should I stop taking those?

I don't know about the reflux, what does it contain?

I think you need to limit the nutrients, or your body will think it has enough to survive anyway. But a vegetarian low cal/fat/protein diet is still going to sway more than our "normal" diets

hormone levels have been shown in a number of studies to influence gender

hi thanks for your patience, I wanted to answer this q from my desktop.

Unsatisfying answer - I don't know. I do suspect that muscle sways to some extent because there was a study done on famine victims and the ones with the most upper arm muscle had the most boys. I also think testosterone sways to some extent but it's not so cut and dried as people want to believe it is. Women have a miniscule amount of T to begin with so we're not sure exactly how T even sways.

You SHOULD be getting some nutrients via diet on LE Diet. You're not supposed to cut out nutrients completely. If you have an option between a more and less nutritious food, naturally pick the less nutritious one, but that doesn't mean you should never eat a nutrious food, it's allowed. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...-diet-faq.html

Anything you NEED for health you should continue to take, but I personally believe acid reflux meds sway pink by reducing absorption of nutrients. I suspect you'd get a different answer from IG because they believe more in acid/alkaline stuff.

Iron ~probably~ sways blue to some extent but at the same time, if you need it, you need it. Some people do a compromise pattern of iron where they take it 2-3 days a week.

Atomic, I don't know if this is relevant or not but I am naturally very muscly for a woman. I am a natural android shape (tall, very broad shoulders, narrow hips) I can just do cardio at the gym and be musclier than the girls lifting heavy weights 4 times a week. I have 3 girls.

My sister is a totally different build. Still tall but doesn't build or carry muscle. Tends to carry extra weight around her tummy whereas I have always had a flat tummy.
She has 2 boys (10 years apart).

In my personal experience, how much muscle you are born with has no bearing on what gender you have. Now your level of testosterone may be a different matter...?

I TOTALLY agree luv and thanks for that. I do sometimes forget to mention that the number one controlling factor in your body type/shape is GENETICS, just like body hair - yes, there's a link between T and muscle and body hair, but that's not the end all be all.

I also am not totally convinced that it is JUST T levels anyway...after all, Clomid raises T levels and still seems to sway pink so something else is at play.
