It is pretty important because if you get a BFN you have kind of slacked and it may or may not affect your sway for the next cycle, and if you get a BFP it is important to keep up the nutrients especially if you have a blue bean, they are more fragile and dependant on nutrients in those early stages.

I know its really hard for us girly eaters to change our diets so dramatically to the HE diet and stay eating like that once pregnant, i didn't mean to worry you at all just try to keep it regular and healthy in the 2ww, im sure everything will be fine, the good thing about the HE diet is it fills our stores with all the good stuff that the baby can take when we fall pregnant. I almost went right back to girly eating habbits when i got my BFP then i saw a post where Atomic said definatly don't do that.

This is our first cycle so I am feeling a little stressed. DP is excited and wants to release all the time so I have no started marking the releases on a calendar to keep track! The annoying this is that he always 'needs my help' grrr surely he is capable of doing this himself!

It has been great reading through all the threads. The sway for boy seems to be different from what I have tried previously (shettles method) so crossed fingers!
Hi Zebaniee. Sorry but am having a giggle reading your post about DP needing your help to release. Personally, I'd tell mine to bugger off and figure it out.
I bought my DP some playboy mags after my 3rd DD as I had 3rd degree tearing and was out of action for a while. He was pretty thrilled to have permission and to be honest, I was happy for the break... Not sure how you feel about that but I thought I'd throw it out there.

GAWD where is AF??? She should have been here today at the lates. My last HPT was Thursday night, HUGE BFN...and I just can't bring myself to POAS again, it's just so devastating. If she does come tomorrow, means my O was off by 36-48 hours. AAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGHHHHHHH.

No, I have an app on my phone, but I can't seem to e-mail or anything. I'm terrible at remembering, so most of my charts are every other day anyway No implantation "dip", but my temps have been pretty average for the last week, no drop?

Sometimes a chart just gives a clearer O picture
I'm hoping you have your O date off by a day or two
