ACI-JEL how much and when did you use?

Found this article above? So 1/2 applicator full 2 days before or a fingertip morning of attempt and another fingertip hour before... Says "replens" should not be used after so I'm assuming that's for aci-Jel as well??

I'm kinda curious too. I was only using like a pea sized amount of the aci-jel for my attempts. I know Atomic said it was very strong stuff! I'm worried I didn't use enough now?

This was one of the first essays I wrote back when i was still drinking the IG koolaid LOL. Subsequent experience has indicated that using that much Acijel with LE Diet and antihistamine and frequency (because IG sway doesn't include all those things) is preventing pregnancy for people. a handful of people have been able to get pg using that much, but most don't.

I need to update that essay with a less strict option but at that point I still thought everyone wanted to be superstrict (even though i never did!)

No, since the time I first wrote that I've seen so many people unable to get BFP while using lots of Acijel I revised my advise downward.

I've been wondering this same thing as I hope to incorporate this into my sway also. I ordered Aci-Jel from Australia, but it hasn't come yet, hope it gets here okay!

I honestly don't know how much.

I have people use a dime or quarter size an hour or two before attempt.
