    Just adding my (unqualified!) experience. When I conceived dd I had a rubbish diet - lots of sugary snacks, long gaps between meals, very little protein lots of carbs. I was skinny (well I didn't think so at the time - but I was underweight BMI), did loads of cardio type exercises, loved running - never did weights. Never ate breakfast. Never took any vitamins, or prenatal (dd wasn't planned - best suprise ever!) and I was a bit of a party animal so drank a lot and had little sleep. Not sure when she was conceived, thinking back I think maybe she would have been just after ovulation, but I really am not sure. I am totally career driven and I remember being quite stressed with work at the time. Certainly not advocating my poor diet as an approach to take but I think you can draw out elements of it.... I also (apols tmi!) used to get up straight after dtd and go to the loo.

    I really don't think there's anything in the c-section thing and small gap. The small gap is more likely the girl sway factor there, because most women are radically loosing weight in the first 12 months after giving birth...

    My Dd was conceieved when I was trying to remain slim after not seeing my DH for 6months. I used to eat lots of turkey/chicken, hadly red meat, beans once in 2 weeks and me and my DH used to argue over using tomatoes on fried egg or not,lol! as he loves to eat fried eggs with tomatoes but I just wanted plain fried eggs. It was in a hot weather, had no EWCM, only creamy. Sometimes DH needs to go down on me with his tongue (sorry tmi) just to make things happens easier. My DD was conceived 2days to OV and I fell Ill on OV day. HTH. Pink swayer pls stay off beans, you can eat this once in 2 weeks, it sways heavily. Has about 16.5% protein.

    Hi! I'm curious if any if you DTD on O day (accidentally). I was attempting O+12 and goofed and dud it on O day. Now I'm freaking out I messed it up big time!!!
