Hi Salsa, did I read a bfp for you somewhere or am I imagining that?

Soy iso has been amazing, or the results have so far. I've had lots of side effects but they were worth it, and i'm told taking it at night can help so i plan that for next month. My temps are more stable, my luteal phase extended by 2 days (to 12 from 10) and my o day stayed similar, but effects were more noticeable so I wouldn't have missed o! I figure that can only help me!

I got more cm, but used Zertek to dry it up. Dropping that this month after talking to atomic, le diet changed my cm and I had none at all prior to soy iso, where before diet I had heaps. Soy iso brought back maybe 25% and I freaked and used Zertek. Atomic says I still need SOME cm, so leave out the Zertek this month. The aim is reduced cm not none at all, or eggy can't survive and sperm can't swim.

All sounds very interesting and I was all geared up to use it next cycle (I bought the same stuff you put me onto, it was all ready to go in my cupboard) but then I had a whole lot of bloods taken. It showed my hormone levels were flat and I had indeed stopped O all together. My doc urged me to put on a kg or 2, so relunctantly I eased up on the le diet, (still skipping b-fast and still no meat).
I totally relaxed about it all and put it out of my head, stopped obsessing over OPK's (I stopped these all together) but I did still use rephresh every 3 days and aci jel when we DTD. We DTD basically every 2-3 days. My aim was to catch the egg as soon as I started O again before I gained too much weight.
One night I got up and pee'd an unusual amount, and one time I got back into bed at 3am and felt like I was going to vomit. So that morning I did a pg test and low and behold it came up pos!
I prob had only gained 2 kgs over 10 days or so. I couldnt believe how quickly it happened. I was anticipating it would take a month or 2.
So my sway certainly was not a strict one, if any at all!
I was on a relaxed le diet for the last 10 days (although very strict le diet for 7 months prior) I had stopped taking vitex and SP a good month or so b4 as they were really delaying O by like 10 days!!
We didnt abstain or FR like we should of. But we did use rephresh and aci jel....

So will wait and see.
Im not too stressed anymore about being so hooked on getting my last girl. Atomic said that sometimes these things had to happen. It was pretty clear I wasnt going to even get pregnant the way I was going.
Right now all I care about is this one sticking. Im really sick with m/s and struggling to look after my other 3 kids 4yrs and under.
Im glad the soy is having positive affects for you. I cannot wait to hear your BFP news soon!! I know it will be soon!

I know you think your sway wasn't good but how long were you TTC on LE diet? Because you had months and months of good sway behind you, gaining and 10 days of not ideal sway is going to be backed by months of good diet. Your body wouldn't have gained that many nutrients to reverse all that good swaying. I think you have a great chance of a girl!!!!

When do you find out? Doing the intelligender wee test at 10 weeks? Or wait for 20 week scan? Or pay for one at 16 weeks? I am TOTALLY doing all 3 things when I finally get pg.

Would you believe we are going team green for the WHOLE pregnancy??!!!! I know CRAZY!
We havent found out for any of our other children, and my husband really wants to wait until the delivery again! Im happy enough with that, as we obviously cant change it, and I feel I would spend the whole pregnancy drepressed and get all worked up if its another boy, but if I find out at the birth I still fall in love with the baby straight away and it doesnt seem to matter! Its my very last pregnancy so I want to enjoy it!
I had disappointment when my last son was born, but it didnt take long to fall totally and utterly in love with the little fella, he melts my heart every day!
But doesnt mean I wont look for any little clue along the way for a boy or girl!! Nub shots etc etc... Its all part of the fun. At this stage just hoping it sticks and grows into a healthy little bubba! Baby has a strong heartbeat at this stage so all is going to plan.
I sooooooooooooo cant wait to see your BFP sooooooooonnnnn!!!!!!!
ps I know I'll be super jealous of you finding out the sex while your still pregnant! lol

I actually felt the opposite with ds2, I was SO glad I found out while pregnant, for a number of reasons. Firstly to get over the disappointment (only took about a week), secondly for names, because let's face it, boy names are damn hard! And thirdly because I wanted to bond with who was in my tummy before birth, so that by the time I got there, I was accepting and ready to love and not disappointed or feeling guilty. That was my personal take of course, and everyone is different. But I felt it helped me to know in pregnancy and process those feelings before baby arrived.

Nothing wrong with finding out to try something new, especially as this is your last you could tell people you wanted to see what it felt like to know.

But if you hold fast and stay team green I think that's amazing too. I do understand it especially when hubby wants to wait.

You make alot of sense with all of your reasonings!! Just dont think I could convince DH!! I dont mind too much though. We have our names sorted. We've always agreed on names so easily, (we dont agree on much, but our children's names we do!) lol! Billy for a boy, Darcey for a girl.
Have another scan this wed. I will be 8 wks and 3 days. Thats my offical dating scan (even though Ive already had a few sneaky peaks at work already)
Will certainly be trying to get sum nub shots at my NT scan. So will upload those if they manage to get a good pic of it!

Names are hard so that's fantastic that you agree on one of the most important parts of life!

I change my mind all the time with names which makes it hard for us to agree. It takes us a lot of time to narrow it down, we often have 8 names we think are ok, but take a lot of time to decide which is perfect. Often we have to see baby to decide. We agree mostly on them, but both have trouble finding that final one.

Except if its a girl. Then we are naming her Lexi. Only one we've ever had 100% definite thoughts about is the only gender we can't seem to get!!!

I have no self restraint at all. I wanted to test today at 6dpo. Ridiculous!! I KNOW it hasn't implanted yet, but I just can't wait!

I did soooooooo many tests far too early, and got myself so upset!! And DH had to keep reminding me to settle down - he even hid the preg tests one month until like 12 dpo!! It was torture!
I have a good feeling this month for you!
I work (or used to, before I had my 3rd child) in radiology. And am still very friendly with everyone there, especially the sonographers. So they have been happy to give me some quick little scans to have a look. Has helped put my mind at ease as I stress so much about all the things that can go wrong. Ive seen too much and know too much having worked in the medical field.
Lexi is a gorgeous name. When do you think you'll test?

Haha just thought of something, I am now even more in awe of you, because if I had access to an ultrasound machine and technician with expertise, I would damn well be pressuring them each week to see if they could tell the sex! Hahaha no self restraint. *headsmack
