If you usually get 2 days of + OPK, the general consensus is to BD the night of + OPK. Then you will probably be a few hours ahead of O which sway

If you usually get 3 days of + OPK, then I'm not sure, probably the night of 2nd + OPK Hope somebody will chime in

I get 3 days of +OPK so I DTD the night of 2nd + OPK.

So Princess BD the night of + OPK so that's on CD 14.

If you check out my chart, all BFN's. I have to take a CBE digi every day for this group that I am starting at 8 dpo, but it has been depressing to see NOT PREGNANT everyday. I am 10 dpo, and just assuming I am out this month. I have been getting zits the last two days- is this a boy sign or bad diet sign?

Still early ..I got a bfn at 10 dpo n got my bfp at 11 dpo. GL on testing again.

What if you only get one day of smiley OPK?

No. I usually *used* to ovulate on CD 19-21 my cycle was fine until the supplements messed up my cycle. I feel you I wish I was like most women who ovulate every month so I can make more attempts & know on what day too. I am always wishing hoping just to make an attempt like everyone else. I've been swaying for a long time, but I make only a few attempts. My cycles are 40days+ I dropped L'arg will see if my cycle come back.

Long cycles more opks & more supplements = A lot of money!!

I mix mine with the bsd and the first couple of times, I did have a bit of an upset stomach. It got better though. I'm done with it until AF arrives--I don't think my body would like too much of it!
