    Hey pop I was the same first 2months of the HE diet just over ate but it's quality over quantity.. I've controlled it alot more now.. Limit my bread potatoe intake ..your right Ive almost been on it 3months and its flowwwwn by!

    Well this weather is messing with my swaying...couldn't make it to the gym today....wish it would just go away!! Not how I expected to spend a long weekend with 125km/hr winds, flash floods and a tornado warning! How dare mother nature mess with my sway!!
