I happened to google this the other day because I get VERY sore boobs during ovulation lately and it seemed weird. What i found out is its normal due to hormone flucuations but I certainly never noticed it before

I read that right before Ov they would be sore over the top, and once Ov has ocurred, the soreness is on the sides....meaning estrogen surge for the top soreness and progesterone raising after Ov for the side pain....kinda sounds like hocus pocus but it is holding true for me so far I really have no idea about the supps but I'm not taking any of those and mine are defo sore

I have found that the breast pain with pregnancy is a very different pain than the post- o pain
