I am not in the UK but came across a Jamie Oliver sauce here which looks great!
Jamie Oliver Chilli and garlic pesto (not sure why he called it that as it has no Parmesan or pine nuts but anyway...)
100g has 246 cals, protein 1.5g, fat 23.5 sodium 0.35
The good bit is that you need so little that it works out pretty good. I used just under a teaspoon (less tha 5g) mixed with my usual low Phili no salt stock (about 2 table spoons total liquid) and it was the tastiest thing I have had in a long time

Welcome Pinkypie! I've never done SW but a friend of mine was a consultant and just gave me her 50 free green recipes book. If you follow the green plan it may fit in okay but (understandably!) SW is very healthy with lots of pulses, nuts etc whereas we focus on declining maternal condition on the le diet. Have you read any of the essays by Atomic Sagebrush? Sorry I can't post any links as I'm on my phone. Perhaps you could consider becoming a dream member and possibly getting a personal plan drawn up too.

Hi I follow the extra easy plan on SW and eat plenty of fruit and veg. I've started from today to cut out the red meats. I've been using sweetener for a while now. One thing I was wondering is can I have decaff coffee?
I have had a few cups of peppermint tea and it's bearable I guess lol.
I've never swayed before and my other children weren't planned at all. I was one of the lucky ones that my hubby would only have to look at me and I'd be pregnant. I'm hoping that I won't fall pregnant straight away because I want to look at my cycle first. I have been on the implant for almost 6yrs now so I have no idea if my cycle will go back to normal straight away
