13w1d ultrasound, any guesses based on nub theory, skull theory, etc?

I don't see a nub. But I'm getting a boy vibe......maybe because this picture reminds me so much of my 12 week ultrasound.

It does look a little like our son, but I was reallllllly hoping for a girl this time as it's our last chance...but I'll be happy either way I've had a few guesses of boy based on the skull shape too...guess it doesn't have that rounded quality girls tend to have, huh?

Any other guesses? I realize it's not a very good nub photo, but any guesses would be appreciated...something to tide me over til I go for gender scan in a few weeks

Ok, so no nub visible but all these boy guesses and tons of views...could anyone take just a quick second to explain why the boy guesses? I don't mean to be a bother, but there must be some reason! lol

I think people are just going on a hunch. Like when you look at a sono, you can get a girl or boy "feeling" on it. Some because of how the skull looks (which is a 50-50 theory at best), sometimes just because it looks similar to a scan they have had done with a specific gender. Some just for fun.

There are not distinct clues in this pic, it's a pretty blurry shot. I wouldn't go one way strongly over the other. But, like the others, I get more of a "boy" vibe. Mostly because baby looks similar to my second child, who is a boy. Truly, I could be dead wrong! And hope I am!
