Congratulations Coocoo on both the baby and second VBAC!! I am doing my second VBAC this time around as well and am nervous for the pain. Crazy you pushed such a big babe out, way to go! Glad you are so very much in love with him :-)

I'm also nervous slightly about my labour, I had 2 fantastic births b4 and keep thinking I can't be rhat Lucky again...can I? I guess I'm worrying so much about what size she will be and if my body will cope ect! I have everything ready for my homebirth now, the birthing pool will be filled up next weekend when I'm officially 37wks I can't wait to use that in the evenings when the boys are in bed listening to my hypnobirth cd (i like to practice the breathing techs in there) I've got my clary sage oil now...so will take a bath in that once I'm 37wks I also use it to strengthen my contractions in massage form also its said to be a natural pain killer so good to smell during Labour (it stinks tho) I have a tens if needed so I'm good to go
I'm so fed up tho I just want her here in my arms safely....I've really not enjoyed this pregnancy
Gena who cares how u eat jeeze if u/your son ate with your fingers I'd understand, I eat holding just my fork and.....u may wanna sit down for this.....I hold my fork in my right hand lol!! My hubby always takes the per outta me! Just ignore stupid comments hun she sounds very strange xxds1 2008

Suregena - It's funny since living over here and being friends with more international people we've noticed Americans tend to eat with just a fork. I think it is a typical British thing being ott about table etiquette tbh, my parents were the same with me always insisting I 'eat properly' and that eating with just a fork was bad manners. I suppose it is just one of those funny things but I can't believe your mil is making you feel so awkward about it! As you say for your little boy he is only 3 so just using cutlery full stop is a good thing!
My bump has dropped and I feel so much more comfortable as a result! I have my scan next week so hoping that will confirm he is in a good position. I've been getting loads of BH over the last few weeks too, some of which stop me in my tracks. But I guess that is pretty normal since it's my third pregnancy. xxDS1 - 4.5yrsDS2 - 3yrs

I used to be okay with her but since having my own child, it's just gotten strange. :/ my husband isn't really close to her but feels a sense of 'duty' since his older brother lives in London and rarely connects with anyone (first and last time he saw my son was when he was four months old) and his other older brother, who was the more family centered so my hubby tells me, sadly died in the '90s.
So it's all on my husband's shoulders. Bah.2010 - 1 DS

I've got my 32 week scan next week and I'm starting to get obsessed with wrong gender u/s again. Thought I was over this - arrggghhh! So annoying!!
Hopefully we will get a very clear potty shot this time to show me without any doubt that this is a boy so I can just get over it. xDS1 - 4.5yrsDS2 - 3yrs

Hi ladies hope you are all keeping well.
Hope your scan goes well today ynwa, it is lovely to get a chance to see baby again isn't it.
I have low iron aswell and have been put on liquid iron for it since my appointment on Monday. Boy oh boy does it taste foul, wish I was taking tablets. Ah well it's very little to complain about.
Surgena I would tell you not to mind your mother in law but it is easier said than done and even more so when your little ones are brought into it. If eating with his fork only is the worst she has to deal with in life she has very to complain about. My boys only eat with their fork too and ds1 is the very same age as your little man and ds2 is 18 months. Your MIL would be horrified by them both. Just take care of yourself and Willow and try let it was over you, Otis is perfect.
Mummypink I know it is wise to advise you not to get your hopes up but I am really hoping that the scan was wrong and that you are carrying your pink bundle there. If not a bet your ds is the most wonderful little man ever and will the perfect addition to your family.
Rosie hope you are keeping well. Over the 30 week mark now, the rest of the time will fly. It is amazing how quickly it goes.
HBP, any sign of your Willow making a move to join us. I think I remember you saying on here that you were hoping she would arrive a little early for you dh to get his paternity leave. Apologies if I have that mixed up. Did your boys arrive early or on time?
Edited to add - Who is due next, Is it Butterfly Spirit? I hope her little lady arrives for her soon.

Ynwa, hope your scan goes well today let us know how u get on, I had my midwife app, this morning and willow is still measuring big so I have to go for the dreaded 3hr gtt on MondayI'm gutted I hoped I missed that out this time! I also have low iron I've been on ferrous fumrate since I was 7wks pregnant same as ds2!
Luckylass thanks for asking of me, you have it correct about dh and paternity I'm still praying she comes early it would help us out so much, I spent the whole of my app today crying I'm just finding everything so overwhelming and stressful, I just want her here safe I so wanted to enjoy this pregnancy as its my last but I just cant! Hope you are keeping well hun?
