Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I was veggie from May so 8 months before I conceived. I followed the LE diet, no nuts, whole egg or dairy a very small amount of shellfish in social situations! i drank a tiny amount of alchol and caffine mainly as I hadn't got preggie rather than a sway tatic

Started veggie May started LE and no breaky in June. So 7 months on diet

Comments regarding DH's diet-
He actually didn't really loose weight (but I think that's okat swaywise) but he was almost veggie for 8 months and reduced salt and processed foods

I followed the protien reccomendations and any cheats were calories and fat rather than that

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I was 10st at O BMI 21, i lost two stone and was the skinniest i've been since i was 16. I'm 5,7 uk size 10/12 so I feel BMI a bit harsh ;-0
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I normally do about 3/4 weights style exercises a week. I went coach potato for the first 6 months then I got fed up and did cardio 45min nearly everyday for the last month!

We started doing FR but gave this up at month 6, and increased number of attempts due to the clomid, bit boy frequency! fx both my boys were one shot wonders! DH been wearing tight underwear since may ;-) We did use represh first 5 attempts.

DW supps: SP took first 6 months, Vitex took first 4 months, Baby asprin took some all months every third day on bfp attempt. Acidophiles took for first 5 months. Chitosan took first 6 months. Antihistimine took first five months. Did soy for two months before taking the clomid

DH supps First 4 months DH took Licorice we then dropped this. First 3 months he took antihistimine. He took Cranberry and Cal&Mag BFP month.

prayer, I don't like to add it here but couldn't find anywhere else relevant!
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Clomid, weight loss, time on diet
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Everything, we dropped so many factors we ended up with quiet a weak sway. I would term this more of a sway journey rather than a plan sadly for us all the sway factors seemed to stop us getting preggie as this was my last lost of clomid I really wanted to get preggie! I just keep everything crossed that everything I've taken over the last 6 months will tip teh balance!
Things worth mentioning:
I've noted all the things we dropped I hope this helps people who have been swaying for a while feel that you're not alone in feeling you have a comprimised sway - please ask any questions.
