    hahaha I know right that's what I said and I asked it's okay but only in moderation and mayber even better if you make your own homemade.

    Ok thank you! It's amazing, I think I've cracked it and then I find I'm eating something that's actually not ideal. I'm bf-ing so can't be so low on calories so am trying to at least eat recommended foods!!

    All foods are allowed on LE Diet, it's just that some are better than others. Pesto, due to the healthy olive oil, nuts, and garlic in the sauce, is not your best bet.

    If you make pesto yourself, you can eliminate nuts and garlic all together and use margarine or butter or canola or corn oil rather than olive oil.

    Not that I know yet if my sway was successful but on the LE diet I made loads of things like veggie chili, tagine, stew, stir fry etc and had a big portion of rice to make sure my calories were above 1500 a day. For lunch I would have things like crackers, crispbreads or bread with low fat cheese spread and salad etc. Sometimes I had a few no-salt crisps dipped in hummus but had to adjust my fat for dinner. I just sort of thought about the usual things I cooked and changed them.
    2009 2011 2013 (failed sway)

    HRC May 2016 - XX FET - BFN
    TTC 2017 - BFP!
    Our beautiful baby girl was born in September 2017!

    Think I was bad today... Had two fish fingers and some chips my toddler had left. I can't stand the waste!!
    When I've gone out for dinner I've stuck to salads, is that the best bet?
