Cramps During The 2WW & NOT Pregnant

Have had for 15 years, I asked my doctor and had an ultrasound, it was normal.

I've noticed that I've had much more cramping in the last 3 or 4 cycles - might be because of my m/c or more likely because of the soy isos I was taking (which I have since dropped). At any rate, have had hardly any cramping this time around - just some twinges a couple of times a day which is normal for me.
