Well I've been doing acv for awhile now but I will definitely stop if it doesn't sway boy. I'm glad to hear that information! I'm drinking lots of lemon water and V8. Should I add another drink? I do have green tea that I can start drinking again. I'm also drinking a protein shake every day.

We don't really KNOW that it doesn't sway blue (and tons of people have gotten boys while using it), it's that there is some info that indicates it may lower blood sugar levels. If you were eating a lot of food all day it wouldn't matter, but some people can't/won't eat much or are doing some of the IG-style meals like Rice Krispies with non-dairy creamer that are awful for blood sugar to begin with. It's the combo of NOT doing HE-style diet PLUS the ACV that is the prob.

If you're keepign your blood sugar up with good diet, the ACV is fine, if you really believe in it and aren't already stuffed to the gills from drinking other stuff. If you're not eating good or else you just can't swallow another thing, give ACV a pass.

I hope that makes sense, I know confusing, right??

Green tea is good for blue.

Where do you find the natural protein? I've been using dh's protein shakes because he always drinks them but I've been adding berries.

Full fat yogurt, whole milk, and whole raw eggs/egg whites are best. Eggs may be contaminated with salmonella so not your best bet unless you have your own hens.

A bit more work but still a good source of protein is the white bean puree you can find here: The Sneaky Chef: Free Healthy Recipe for White Bean Puree from Simple Strategies for Hiding Healthy Foods in Kids' Favorite Meals I have not tried this in a smoothy so I'm not sure how the taste would be.

Whey protein and tofu and nut milk, is second best.

    Soy milk third best

the kind of shakes made with soy powder protein are the least good.
