I'm visiting my mum just now she doesn't know I'm swaying and I'm finding it really hard to do LE while I'm here. I haven't manage to skip breakfast at all for over a week and I'm eating whatever meals she prepares - mainly not pink friendly lol. I had a mc at the end of last month, prior to which I had lost a lot of weight on the diet so my mums a little bit worried about me which makes it hard to eat less while I'm here. Has anyone else managed to stick to the diet around others and if not, what kind of things are better to eat for brekkie?? Plus my bro like me is a junk food addict. Its soo hard to avoid all the junk he brings out every evening and I'm finding myself giving in really easily! I'm still waiting for af after mc and was really hoping to get back into LE by now but now I'm worried I won't have been on it long enough by the time our attempt comes round![]()

It's ok - just do your best. If you can, avoid meat and eggs, if you can't, eat a small portion.
It may even help you to get your cycle back after your loss - you prob. needed a bit of TLC.
The junk isn't necessarily a bad thing, jsut do it as a part of a meal if you can.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Iceberg lettuce has no nutrients so I would think it would be fine

Salad is fine!!! Even if it's dark healthy greens, it's allowed and in fact are free foods meaning you can have as much salad as you'd like and you dont' even need to count it.

Ive just told people (well, the nosy ones that notice!) that I'm on a diet, they usually say 'oh, you don't need to loose weight' blah blah, so I just say its a healthier diet, not a weight loss one, make up some shizzle about cutting out meat purifies the body or some tosh! Thankfully, my Mum and Gran are totally onboard and really want to help, which is sweet. I've told quite a few friends, they all know I want a girl anyway so they might as well support and understand me on the journey!
