My 20 week ultrasound is 7th March so just under two weeks. I have already set my heart on girl, from my 13 week and 15 week ultrasounds so I really hope that they were right. I'm pretty sure this is a girl but will be very nice to have it confirmed and I'm trying to prepare myself just in case baby turns out to be a boy.

yes I have my anatomy scan tomorrow...there's a weird calm coming over me...but I reckon I won't have the most restful of nights tonight. Am pretty sure I will hear blue but maybe I can take a leaf out of jenna's book and deal with it in a serene and dignified manner. I don't know though if I am that strong. Anyway it's tomorrow morning, but think I will ask her to write it down and then open it with my husband tomorrow night, that way I should be able to avoid a scene in the doctor's office! Will update as soon as I can! Not too long now for you hoping...I am sure your gut instinct will prove right!

so here i am rounding off the blue streak this week with boy number 3 for me. despite a completely different pregnancy in every way possible i still had the feeling this was another boy. the tears don't seem to stop falling but hopefully in a while i will come to terms with it and just try and start the rest of my life knowing i will never have a little girl. i always had a feeling i wouldn't be lucky enough to have one. best of luck to the rest of you with your upcoming scans. i really hope you all get your desired little girls or boys.

Heidi, I'm so sorry your upset hun. I know how you feel. I felt like that each time after having DS number 2, sorrow at not having a girl, but for me I also struggled with the guilt at feeling bad for having another boy too. It's a tough time but those feelings completely disappeared when my boys were in my arms and I wouldn't have swapped them for any girls.

Congratulations on a healthy baby boy. I know he will make your heart melt when he's here. Hugs xxx

Heidi. I am so sorry you didn't hear girl. It is ok to feel upset. Especially when your pregnancy symptoms trick you into thinking you are getting your DG. Look after yourself and I hope you can enjoy the rest of your pregnancy. Congratulations on your healthy boy.
