ACI-JEL how much and when did you use?

Okay. Gosh. I have sooo much to learn! I was thinking of using the summers eve vinegar douche like courtmain. Is it acidic enough? I also read on someone's sway plan (that was successful), that they had a bath with a cup of apple cider vinegar every night (I think it was for other reasons, but may have helped??). Could I do that to? I don't want to do so much that I end up in pain or with it being impossible to ever fall pregnant!!! Ideally douche and acijel would be ideal. Just out of interest, why do you not use douche and rephresh together? Sorry, I'm sure you've said it a million times!

Yes Summer's Eve is fine and would be my recommendation for anyone who wants to include douche.

I doubt the bath did anything but I doubt it would hurt!

RepHresh is desigend to keep pH in a certain range so when you add low pH with RepHresh, it may actually make pH rise.

So avijel doesn't work the same way as rephresh? So by using douche and acijel I could potentially end up with a really low ph?

No lower than the pH of the higher of the two products, and probably higher once it hits your body. but you can use them together to lower pH. The problem is that your body may not "like" low pH and make a lot of mucus to wash them away. That's the advantage of the RepHresh, it will chemically react with that mucus to bring pH down. The douche/Acijel don't do that, they are just a big burst of low PH that can then get diluted.

We don't know and you can't really use the stats on the site to prove anything, because everyone is already doing 7000 other things to sway and even the things that do seem to sway, people use in different ways (some douche right before intercourse, some the day before, etc etc etc) Plus, we don't know how many people were not able to get pregnant including these things and had to drop them. Basically, we don't know what exactly is even getting the job done.

I seriously, seriously doubt that there is some magical combination of this that and the other thing used at precisely the right moment that overwhelmingly sways pink. Just shoot some goop in the general area at some point, they all sway pink, they all work, and this obsessing over what to use when makes absolutely no difference and only serves to raise testosterone levels.
