Ions.....please explain?!

Can someone please explain what are/is ions and how they can help sway? I have just purchased an air humidifier for my bedroom and plan to put lavender oil in it as I have trouble sleeping and it says it can 'change positive ions into healthy negative ones' and have seen how some people mention about ions and swaying? Am planning a girl sway next year but don't want to risk anything that could go against it in the meantime x

I don't believe in ions for swaying. So if it's fun to you go ahead, i would not count on them to do anything at all.

Hi Milly,

In terms of swaying:

Negative ions = good for a girl sway
Positive ions = good for boy sway

GD is not fussed on ions with swaying however, so up to you.
I did include ions in my sway as I thought it couldn't hurt.

Your ioniser sounds good for a girl sway : )

I got a - ion bracelet that I wore 24/7 (make sure it's genuine), a salt rock lamp off of amazon that also was on all the time and.. I used lavender soap in the bath tub, and I used the shower head to fill up my hot bath.

I did all of that.. "just incase"

I have been looking at ion bracelets from eBay (new ones) how do I know which one is genuine or negative ions? X

If you have that nice lovely air ionizer, I would not worry about buying a bracelet.

Rose quartz is supposed to sway pink.

Brilliant thank you, I have the ionizer in my sons room at the moment and I don't know if its coincidence but since he's had it in his room the last 3 nights he has slept through!!! I feel like a new women :-) will look at rose quartz too x

I find my kids sleep way better with white noise like a fan or humidifier running.
