Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Always skipped breakfast and ate 2 meals a day. Occasionally ate meat in social situations. My strictness fluctuated but I generally followed the guidelines. Drank heaps of Coke Zero and some tea with Equal while at work.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

I first started the diet at the start of June so nearly 7 months in total but went off while I was pregnant in August-early September and initially after my misscariage.

I don't think I ended up ovulating until 2 or 3 days after my positive OPK. I was then worried we hadn't BD'd close enough to ovulation so BD'd again when we could but I think ovulation had already occurred (we were away camping).

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Just happy to be pregnant right now and know I will be fine with either gender.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I didn't loose enough weight and I had dropped supplements to get pregnant.

Things worth mentioning:

We were away camping during ovulation and I was feeling nice and relaxed so hopefully that = low T levels.
