i think i possibly see the nub not where your arrow is pointing but to the right and slightly above that. not terribly clear though.

What a cute baby!! Looks like he/she is sucking its thumb, very cute! I cant tell on the nub but I hope you hear girl at your next scan and Im so happy all is well after the rough start
