Falling- I hadn't thought about the baby's position making a difference but it has definetly moved because now I'm getting movements that are really low and really high like maybe he has stretched out rather than being curled up on the right like before. I bet it would make a difference if he has moved.

Violet, good luck, I am sure you will hear girl again and hopefully you can then enjoy it.
I can't believe I will find out in 8 days, it feels like yesterday I had 3 weeks to wait and was driving myself crazy. I feel a sense of ease at the moment with it. It has been so long between u/s I really just want to see the baby and know all is OK still. A few weeks ago I didn't know if I would cope if I heard boy but now I feel I will be OK. I have seen a few baby boys later and they were so cute. This may sound werid but I had kind of forgotten how cute and adorable they are when little and it may be feel boy or girl would be wonderful as long as they are heathly. Please I just hope this feeling lasts.
I seem to be worried lately a lot that the baby is OK. I know I have no reason to worry but I do. Is anyone else feelig the same?2009

Violet - I know exactly how you feel!! The waiting is painful and you second guess everything and go over it 1000 times in your head. I really hope your next scan you get a great tech who will leave no room for guessing!! GL and I will be looking for your update!!

I hope so girls, I really really hopes so. Hope all this worrying is for nothing and I have my baby girl. I've waited over 15 years to get a daughter. But I will definitely love another little boy. I adore my sons! It's just having to come to terms with my dream being over that will be the hardest. I'm trying so hard to prepare myself to hear boy just in case.
Yes, LO123, I tend to stress and worry about each of my babies all the way through my pregnancies, from pre conception, all the way until post labour. I'm a shocker, it's so hard not to though when you do hear of so many things that go wrong. Most pregnancies and births go fine, without a hitch, but I always worry that I might be in that 1% or something that loses a baby and I'm not sure how I would cope, honestly. It's reassuring to feel this baby moving every day and night now. But I still worry.2005

Good luck on Thursday Violet. I am sure your little one is still a girl.
We got pics done just before Christmas and due to a delay we are only getting them back now. I just wanted to share this pic of my princess. The quality is bad as the pic is framed and on our wall before I took a pic with my phone ImageUploadedByTapatalk1362472223.979707.jpgDDChristmas 2010

Oh Violet, I know the feeling! I hope the next 2 days fly in for you. It's really the wait that is the worst part. I've got a really good feeling for you though, I think this is your girl.

Mommyof3 - I measured big with my son. They told me he was going to be a whopper...6 lbs 14 oz. You mentioned that your baby was 1 lb 1oz at 21 weeks. My daughter was just about the same or maybe a few oz over at my 20 week u/s and she is now 1lb 6 oz at 24 weeks. They said both times it was right on target. I think the measurements will level out eventually. But YES stay away from internet searches, lol. Everything will be just fine.

Yay Violet...only a few more days. I really feel that if the 12 and 15 week u/s indicated girl...even if not 100% sure, you have a great chance that it is a girl. Trust me dear, I nubsessed like you would not believe. I couldn't sleep at night. I was waking up in the middle of the night looking at nubs. Then strangely the night before the u/s, I was completely calm and that's when I knew I had my daughter. I have a great feeling about your u/s violet and your daughter is in there!!!

Thank you for all the support girls. I hope I'm here celebrating with you all in 1.5 days. Otherwise I feel I will need a bit of support. But honestly I will be thrilled to hear healthy baby. As much as I seem consumed about gender, knowing baby is healthy is very much more important. I think it's the not knowing that is making everything worse. Roll on tomorrow!
Goodluck with your 3D ultrasound tomorrow Cvd. It's the same time as mine. It will be great to see little Hudson. I bet he is starting to chub up a bit more now and I'm sure you will get some photos that you can cherish forever.2005
