Thoughts and opinions? I just read this on my AOL newsfeed. I use skim a bit for my sway.

I switched us from skim to whole milk 6-7 years ago. When I started researching swaying, I decided I would rather drink a non-dairy milk than go back to skim. I have a cup of rice milk with one meal a day.
That said, I have gone back to eating a ton of things that I consider to be terrible foods for long-term health in the name of swaying. A lot of the time, the foods that the organic, whole-foods crowd are calling "bad" are exactly what will help decline our condition for a pink sway. Just make sure your littles are getting the good stuff!2007

All are prob. true and that is why skim may be better for pink sway than even 1% or 2%. I know it's hard to wrap the brain around it but we WANT our condition to be somewhat declined for pink and skim dairy is one tactic to make that happen.
That having been said, anyone with PCOS/IR and people who are having a hard time getting pg PLEASE use full fat dairy. Skim milk is not good for blood sugar levels in those with PCOS/IR and people who are having difficulty getting pg may need the saturated fat from a small amount of full fat dairy.
PS - never mind about the pus, that is a scare tactic that some vegans like to use to put people off milk. Yes, it's true, but also true that our own BF babies are ALSO getting pus when they BF. That's how milk works, it's part of the deal and not "gross" like they are making it sound.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
