I'm doing ok. I'm torn between taking some time off to chill and lose some weight, or just trying again in a month. I feel like Ive been kind of mentally frozen for a year, and I don't want to just obsess for months. And I'm getting older, I feel like I'm on a deadline to begin with.

Wow I feel like my testosterone is rising. I am finding I can't read through too many posts here some days because some comments made by some people just make me angry. (not here as in this forum, but the board in general). LOL....looks like it's working!

I'm 3DPO today. I'm just going through the motions these days. Time is not on my side! DH and myself are booked at a fertility clinic in 2 weeks...he is less than enthusiastic about having to provide a "sample" at the clinic. So we really gave it our all this month, and he was totally on board...maybe that will be our magic bullet

I would like to know the answer to this and vitamin C. I don't take a pill but get it all from food and I'm getting way over the daily recommended value.

Is fmu ok to use for opk? The one from this morning is darker than this afternoon and they were both from highly concentrate urine. One was 5 am and the other 230 pm. It wasn't quite positive though so I'm not sure.

I'm supposed to o on Saturday so I wanted to hold of on dtd for 3-4 days to build up his sperm but now I'm wondering if we should do it today just in case and then again on Saturday. We've been dtd every other day this cycle and that pattern would keep it going every other day. Sorry I'm getting so paranoid!!
