I spent the last two days reading a LOT on how to sway pink. I noticed that some of the information out there are contradictory. Some say eat lots of dairy for a girl, others say avoid dairies if you want a girl. What's a girl to do? I realized I should have done my research a long time ago. DH and I made the plan last August to start TTC in march. I should have done my research but why I did wait until it's March to find out how we can sway for a girl. Oh well....

Most dairy has a lot of protein in it. Just stay within the limits for protein, calories and fat for your daily intake and you'll be fine. There are no foods that are off limits (except red meat and meat in general because of the high protein content), just make them fit! It also took me weeks to read through everything, and one day it was like "ah ha!" and I finally got it. Just give yourself a little time to learn it all.

You can always buy the sway plan!
I was the same, I did a lot of research then I came here and everything was different. I like this website information not only because it never risks yours or babies health but also because everything Atomic has posted has scientific studies to back it and she posts the links to her sources in her essays!93

Yep, there is contradictory info out there because we really just don't have enough info and probably never will because no one is studying it.
All I can say is that I believe the info on this site holds together and makes sense with itself; that it contradicts with other sites I know is frustrating but I just gotta keep it real and stick with what the data shows to me.
I've been working all day on the updated Complete Index, maybe this will help?

Oh yah I was just over there, it's awesome atomic, I found the article on antihistamines in about 5 seconds flat. It would be great if we could have the complete index as a button somewhere, so we don't have to do "search" every time (just a suggestion, I know you have a cazillion other things to do
)
