Hi ladies! I am joining you in the 2ww.
Here is my sway attempt:
http://genderdreaming.com/forum/add-...y-attempt.html
I am a little nervous that my ph was not super low (6.5 right after BD, then ranged from 4.5 to 5.5 the rest of the day...I kept it there with replens as I did not want to risk an infection with douche or lime tampon), and I also Od in waning crescent phase...but what can ya do?![]()
BTW, what should we be doing in the 2ww? Prenatals? Can I eat healthier while still avoiding the big no-nos in case I get a BFN? Not really sure how to transition back to normalcy...lol

I hate to be the bearer of bad news...but you should really try to stick to the LE while in the 2ww. You should stick to it until you get your BFP. And don't worry about pH too much, read this:

I would stay o the diet till Bfp and and wait to take prenatals you are already taking folic acid right? That's the most important

OK I will try to stick to it! I did eat a bowl of cereal around 11am today though. I can't wait to get back to a more healthy diet.
