So I had 3 positive OPK two days ago (March 7th). I woke up late two nights ago with cramping and have had some serious on and off cramping for over 24 hours now. How can I tell when I ovulated? Am I ovulating today or am I 1DPO?? How do you ladies know?!?

You will typically O 36 hours after your first positive OPK, meaning you have already, most likely.
That cramping is the tubes pushing an egg down into the uterus and the uterus can get crampy as well.
Unsatisfying answer - you don't know. None of us do. short of being married to Tom Cruise and having your own personal ultrasound machine (I recommend against such a drastic step lol)there is no way to pinpont O anything more than vaguely.!!! Questions??
