So I having been doing NFP for 6 years, so I know my cycles pretty well. This month my temperature change happened at CD 11, which is VERY early for me, but I got two positive OPK's on CD 12 and 13.
I have never used OPK's before, but is it possible to get a surge on them after ovulation? Or do you think my temperatures are off because of the supplements?

Could you be pregnant??
Most of the time I've heard it said that temps are more reliable than OPK BUT with swaying, we are changing so much with our diet and supps that it does seem possible our temps could change too.
OPKs are also notoriously hard to read until you're used to them, so it may be that it wasn't truly positive, just responding to levels of LH in your system post-ovulation.
That the OPKs coincided with more of a normal time for O makes me think the temps are wrong, but until (if) AF shows up, there's no way to know for sure. Let me know what happens - I think your cycle is pretty informative.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I noticed before I started taking saw palmetto that I was getting a postive ov on cd 14-15, after starting the herb it was all over the place cd 9 11 19, with my monitor it has a setting for those on fertility drugs so I set it with my last cycle and it shoed and ov day on cd14 whiched matched with my stomach pain.
Sew palmetto does affect progesterone so I figured that would affect the readings on the monitor.2007
