The no sway thing is cr*p you made a lot of changes I'm remember we shared the pain together maybe not as many as you'd like I know I doubt my sway too but don't beat yourself up you did your best if it is a boy it's gonna be an amazing one to battle your body to join your family!

Oh gosh, I was doing nothing on the diet front! I'd given that up completely after a month as I'm useless at diets and I was miserable! Honestly, the only thing I was doing was baby aspirin. After the two chemicals I just wanted to get pregnant to be honest!

Northern my nuchal is on Thursday! your results are obviously more interesting though. By dates (LMP) I'll be 12+3 but I know I Oed about day 17/18 so I'll really only be 12+0. So fine for the actual purpose of the scan (lol) but less brilliant for obsessing about the nub. I'm not having a gender scan so it'll be a looong wait between next week and my anatomy scan.

Otherwise I'm tired but Ok. At the end of the day I've quite a pokey out tummy but in the morning I can get away with it, for now. I'm loving the nausea free pregnancy thing!

I'm hoping for 12 aug sound like a nice date they shouldnt be too big to deliver or so small they need intensive care!

I think your ability to carry twins for as long as possible really depends on what your body can handle. I've seen 36 weeks as the average length of healthy twin pregnancies. The most you can do is probably bedrest to ward off labor as long as possible but I know that's probably not doable since you already have little ones to chase after. If you start getting a lot of Braxton Hicks contractions, I highly recommend an excellent magnesium supplement. It's called "Natural Calm" and you mix it with water (comes in different flavors). I do think diet plays a very important role as well. Lots of veggies, healthy fats, and protein. All the "fun" foods.

I was taking baby aspirin as well (to improve chances of implanting) but I didn't know it's supposed to help sway pink. I also took soy isoflavones because I got pregnant with DS1 on the first cycle of taking them (back then, I ovulated on the late side). I got pregnant with this baby on cycle #4 but also first month of taking the isos. Yep, I was already impatient about getting pregnant after just four months. I would never have been able to pull off a girl sway with all that is involved.

Fish I've heard if you try to gain more than you think you should, it can help your body carry twins longer.

Wish I knew some good advice Fish, but I agree with what everone else has suggested. Were your boys early/late? I would be absolutely doombed if I had twins since I cant hardly make it through the 7th month with just one!

Went out for a MASSIVE 3 course lunch today which has made my bump huge, but here's my 15+2+lunch bump!
