Any advice for natural cold and chest cough remedies???

Something that i typically take over regular cold meds (bc it works that good!) Is Sambuguards Elderberry, Echinacea , and Vitamin C. This is what it looks like:

It really does work wonders! Put it in your fridge as soon as you get it. Once it's opened it cant be used after 7 days. Chances are you will go through all of it by then anyways. It feels great going down. I do have to mention, though, that i usually take more than the recommend dosage *blush* I am certainly not saying you should do this, im just sharing what i do. Basically i just take a couple of gulps of it each time i need it. (I was desperate to get better haha). But yes, it totally works IMO (or at least at the amount i was taking haha). It's perfectly safe though. You can get it online or at a healthfoods store. I recommend getting it in person just bc 1.) you can get it faster and 2.) you dont have to worry about the bottle breaking (it's glass).

Soooo....we are back!!! Had a great time!

The tech had a wee bit of an issue getting the baby in a good position to look. She thought she saw something, but said she likes to triple check her work, before saying. She jiggled my belly for a while and got a decent idea. But she had a second tech come back and look to see what she thought. After a while they finally got "the shot" and they both agreed that we are having......a GIRL!!!!!!! I can't believe it!!!! I cried when i found out! I could still cry i am so happy. I never thought i would hear those words!!! I was fully prepared to go in there and hear boy. Even when i wanted to think it was a girl i just wrote it off. I knew i couldn't put myself through that if the baby was not a girl.....oh my i am beyond thrilled. I feel so blessed. I feel so happy that i had gender dreaming to help with this journey. It's been a long one!

Congrats Falling! It feels amazing to be having a daughter. I'm so thrilled for you. Enjoy shopping for pink!

Oh girls..I just needed to pop in for a whine. I've got the nastiest cold and chest cough and being pregnant means I can't take any of the bad-ass meds that would actually help. I'm sick of sipping on hot water with honey, I sound like a 97 year old smoker and my teeth are aching with the sinus pain. I'm feeling downright sorry for myself! I wish I could take time off work, but we just can't afford it so I'm dragging myself through my work week. Yuck. Any advice for natural cold and chest cough remedies???

Sorry Jadis no advice but I did want to say that I hope you feel better soon. Thankfully I haven't been sick while pregnant this go around but I was with my son and that was no fun. Feel better hun!

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't posted much, but I have been keeping up with all the posts- congrats to all who got their dream gender, and I am sorry to hear about those who didn't. Wishing everyone healthy babies and I hope everybody is feeling great!

I wanted to let you know I'm going for my anatomy scan this Thursday! I'll be almost 20 weeks along. I'm thinking of having them write it down so hubby and I can find out later in our own chosen "moment". What do you think? Are most techs ok with doing this, and is it normal to be able to tell easily if its a boy just by watching the scan?

I wanted to let you know I'm going for my anatomy scan this Thursday! I'll be almost 20 weeks along. I'm thinking of having them write it down so hubby and I can find out later in our own chosen "moment". What do you think? Are most techs ok with doing this, and is it normal to be able to tell easily if its a boy just by watching the scan?

I think it really just depends if you personally know what to look for. Me, personally, boy bits are highly obvious BUT i also have two boys and i obsessed myself w what to look for *blush*. I watched the screen very closely too.

Thanks Falling, that makes sense. I don't plan on looking much when the tech is looking in that area, but I don't know how much I'll be able to help myself

I agree fourth. To me boy parts are obvious by this stage but there have been errors before. In my opinion (and I am certainly no expert) boy parts look like a turtle and girl parts look like...well not like a turtle. Just for fun I posted my son's u/s and my daughter's u/s. I hope this helps!
