This month i am stopping all the supps that mess with hormones and see. The month i got a bfp( m/c) i had stopped all supps as my cycle was 50 +days on soy and somthing worked. So i am doing diet (not very strict though) and bsd etc still.
i did use EW's the month of bfp so yes i will continue with ew's. IG guru told me to do bsf 1 hr before dtd and ew during dtd.(i hr apart for the two).
I hope I will get the effect out of my body soon. I didn't even O yet ,but I'm hoping for AF to show. I just want my body back.

I really think its good not to sway very hard, first it takes too long to get pregnant And too many supps can make the cycle really messy like mine now. I will sway again and do exactly what I did with my DS not very hard and I will drop that RJ/BP.

What supps you think mess with your hormones? I would really like to know about this because the supps messed with my cycle big time.

Good luck to your Cemas I hope you get your sticky BFP soon.

That's what I did too, but the cycle I got pregnant (m/c) I inserted EW's in the IC a hour before the attempt then I took it out before attempt. Then again when we attempt I inserted just 2ML of EWs.
