Sadly this sort of thing seems to be pretty typical for me. LOl! I wish I started the charting but I just won't be consistent w/ it. Suck sore! DH is pretty disappointed w/ no bangitty bang bang tonight.

Iluv you crack me up I mean I am totally bummed for your OPK (Oh how I HATE when my smileys have errors, as pricey as they are) issues, but you are FUNNY!

What supps you think mess with your hormones? I would really like to know about this because the supps messed with my cycle big time.

Someone might have answered this but I think the ones most likely to mess with you are L'Arg, EPO (though it hasn't messed with me), B6, FertileCM, soy, RJ, and TT. But as we all know ... only way to know if it'll mess with you or help you is to try it :-(

Thank you MFC! We're going to try June! I am so excited :-) I didn't think DH would say yes to moving it up but surprisingly he is totally on board and ready to go. Anyhow, it's funny but now that we're so close to trying instead of ramping up everything I dropped almost all the supps and am just doing a prenatal and EPO from AF-O. I just feel better about it now that reality is setting in. EPO has actually been great for my CM but also taken away a TON of my AF cramping so I'm keeping that one.

Ok so thanks to everyone be so dang helpful I bought Ph testers, ovulation sticks and a basal thermometer. They should be here any day! I think my body so excited to start AF showed up at my door this morning like a week early WTF is that all about?? I wonder if it's because I have been doing this boot camp this and working out really hard trying get my fat ass to lose some weight before I start the boy diet? What do you think? anyway, I would Like to spend the next few months figuring all this ovulation and timing out so come Sept. I'm hoping "nail it on the head" pun intended! I just cant get over that Af came so early this month...what a B.

Just URAL AF-O for PH. I used to do the lemon water but got lazy on that. Doing diet pretty good except been terrible w/ my carmel frapps. Other than that not bad. It might raise closer to O, but seems like it should be higher since I s/b getting a LH surge tomorrow (CD15). Surged on CD14 last month and my body is starting to show signs of getting closer. IDK, but I sure hope it gets higher. Need to look at the benefits of doing BSF before O since it doesn't really effect your internal CM. Whatever, I'm doing the EW's either way.

FWIW Iluv I typically have low pH still too ... I take comfort in how Atomic says pH has the least research supporting it, so I quit testing mine because it was constantly making me feel like nothing I was doing was helping since it always stayed the same!

I've been eating them .... good source of potassium and vitamins. But I'm pretty flex on the diet, mainly shooting for high protein and high nutrient, not so concerned about alkaline/acid.

I think the key is to not do a bsf while the ew is in there....like do it an hour before you attempt, then wait another 4 hours after.....I don't think it's necessary to do it after your attempt, to be honest. Once those sperm are in there, they are doing their job and it doesn't take long (maybe an hour or two, maybe less) for them to get from weiner to egg, kwim? LOL

So, I do plan on doing it myself, but I will only do 1 bsf about an hour before attempt, that is it. It's a temporary shift in ph, so there is not much point in doing it for a week and then afterwards....but that is my opinion. I am pretty sure, fwiw, that Atomic is not a huge fan of repeated bsf either....there is just no point. It's like sunscreen....why would you put on sunscreen for a week before you go out for a beach day? You just need to do it right before you go, because it's a temporary thing that only lasts 3-4 hours like the bsf. Does that make sense? I don't think it's bad to do it a lot before, that is up to you, BUT it does mask your natural cm, making it super watery, and it can be very irritating and make your vaj smell a little bad (gross, but you all know it's true). Not my favorite thing to do before I go dtd with the DH for sure, but I will do it once about an hour before we bd. But, I use preseed also, which doesn't have the sperm heads exploding if they mix.

When I was doing ew and bsf, I was doing a big bsf and then immediately putting ew up there, then doing another bsf afterwards, which a lot of our old crew did and got pg.....it just worries me because I had 5 months of impeccable timing and NOTHING...then when I dropped the ew, got pg two months in a row! And, maybe a lot of bfns are related to that....you know, some of the swaying stuff does inhibit pregnancy, but better for us than the pink swayers for sure.

that really makes sense . if its affect lasts for 4 hours then doing bsf 1 hour b4 bd is good enough ..... so if we have odds (supposed) at least 51% despite 50% with swaying then what will be this ratio if DH is 100% not on the board ???
i have just 2 months in TTC but DH became agree for # 3 in terms of no swaying
can i mix his supp in food or any other suggestions ??

Darn it all! Did smily and regular OPK and both negative but nauseas this morning, blood in my CM (never noticed that before) and CM closer to desired.

Went to test my PH, and my PH meter (which was working last night) won't power on and I can't currently test the batteries or get new ones. I sure hope its the batteries and not the probe. You've got to be kidding me. I'll test for O again this afternoon, but I'm shocked and irritated!

Iluv you have GOT to be close! The blood in CM around O is such a good sign of a strong O! And I totally get nausea around O too. I bet you're going to get that + soon. Do you at least have a second line on there that is somewhat dark?

Light FWIW my DH isn't swaying at all and I'm not at all concerned about it.

just curious where the info is coming from that preseed causes miscarriage??
i used it with my second DD and she is obviously fine. I have used it this time too but now am worried. could someone show me where it says this please.

I don't think w/o extensive research it's possible to even know, but what sticks out in my mind as a place I read that is on early-pregnancytests.com in the comments section under pre-seed. Any mention of it and it scares me so i've been very apprehensive about it. I DON'T want to create any fear cuz again there's no way to know that for sure, I just read it and it sticks out in my mind.
