Hello all,
It's my last question cuz.....I got my bfp this am!! 12 dpo. Faint but for sure :-) so here's my last sway question: what should I not be taking or doing anymore? The supps I'm taking are: prenatal vitamins with dha, extra folic acid, b6, super b complex, extra d (was low but she will recheck this lab this week since she doesn't want me to get too much in pregnancy), fish oil, probiotics, royal jelly. I stopped epo and green tea at ov. Stopped fertile cm today. I usually drink v8. I stopped alka seltzer gold at ov. I fell off the exercise wagon after ov :-( so I guess now I need to be careful what I decide to do. Suggestions? TIA!!

I'm sorry I have no advice but why do you stop green tea at O? Is it bad to go past?

I do not know. Hope atomic see. I have seen her post on boy swayers to not drop things too fast cause your body might think the nutrients are leaving and then it drops the pregnancy. Also, she told me to keep up the extra folic acid but I just had two miscarriages so maybe that's why. Anyway, I really don't know just hoping someone who does can help you!
Thank you God and Our Lady

Keep taking the folic acid throughout the first trimester, keep taking the Vit. D throughout pregnancy as long as your doctor ok's it.
The B vites, you can take or drop, up to you.
Same with the fish oil. If you are taking the DHA you don't need it.
You can drop the royal jelly.
BUT PLEASE, above all else, wean off gradually, don't just drop these things. Quitting vitamins cold turkey is never a good idea esp. when pregnant.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Its not terrible, but it may increase risks of neural tube defects even in fairly small amounts. As long as you continue the extra folic acid you are fine, the only people who need to be concerned are those who stop the extra folic all of a sudden and keep doing green tea. That is not so good.
!!!!FOLIC ACID NEEDS TO BE CONTINUED AT HIGHER DOSE THRU THE ENTIRE FIRST TRIMESTER AND THEN WEANED OFF!!!!!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
