Jan: started LE diet. Feb & March: BFNs.Chemical in April.
May: Appendicitis at 9dpo; hospital blood test was BFN.
Absolutely shocked by a BFP after I got home from the appendectomy. Luckily, the pregnancy was not affected in any way by this early experience. He's a healthy, robust little one!

How's Clomid treating you!? Has your cycle seemed relatively normal or has it majorly effected O? I'm hoping all goes well this cycle for you and that you see that BFP. It'll give me some hope that Clomid might help me!
How exactly did your RE say Clomid would help the short LP? I always assumed that Clomid would make you O right on CD14, but the more I read the less I see thats the case so i'm not sure how it ends up helping? I'm so anxious for my appt which is the end of April so I'm fully living vicariously through you

Know the feeling, I was doing that too through other people!!
My fertility specialist said clomid should help move o earlier from the cd 18-24 it was to cd 14ish and also extend my luteal from the 10-12 it was to 14+.
I just o'd on cd 20 which is pretty normal for me, so it didn't move earlier yet. Will let you know if my luteal improves.DS1 2009, DS2 2011.

I seem to be in the same situation as you - I O between 18-22 and AF comes CD28 OR 29 so my LP has varied from 7-10 days. It's so frustrating. I feel like it should be so easy to fix, but then I get worried it's not. I'm really hoping you see some great results with your LP this month! Fingers crossed for you!!

Very similar! my cycle can be 28-32 days depending when I o and how long my luteal is. One cycle I had was 37 days which was hell!!!
My plan is also to ask the dr to test progesterone if 3 cycles on clomid don't work. The specialist didn't suggest that and he saw my chart and spotting so I'm sure it's fine but worth checking if it goes on too long.DS1 2009, DS2 2011.

And how long is your LP? Cycle length all sounds normal. And isn't a LP longer than 10 days also considered normal...?
This is the first month I've temped and I'm 3dpo at the moment. Really hope my LP isn't silly short again but from what I've read getting it longer is a long winded process. :-( We will see.
I am still bf-ing morning and night though, and have done a few extras this last week as my LO has had a cold... I guess in light of this my LP might be even shorter!!!

I posted a reply but its not there...
Will wait to see if it appears!
Also do you count the LP as dpo or include O day in the calculation?
