Hello Dr Potter,
I was wondering if there is anything you would recommend to increase ones chances of success with a FET?
Thank you in advance.

I would eat a good balanced diet. I would try to avoid processed foods. I would take a good pre-natal vit and DHA. I would get 7-8 hours of sleep per night. I would consume alcohol only in moderation. I would get daily, moderate exercise for a minimum of 1 hour per day. I would make sure that my uterine cavity is normal via SHG or offfice hysteroscopy. I would consider adding prog-in-oil to the vaginal regimen. I would consider pre- and post-transfer accupuncture in the transfer room. In short, being happy, healthy, focused and relaxed. Follow directions. Do not try to dictate your treatment plan. Let go and be a passenger for a little bit.

I don't know what is prog-in-oil either. Is it different from Crinone?
And referring to acupuncture, is it recommended even if you haven't received acupuncture before?
ThanksMum to a beautifuland dreaming with a little

Progesterone in oil is an injection instead of vaginal suppository. PIO for short. I used it with my FET. It's an injection to your backside.
Yes, I would do acupuncture before and after the FET.
