caffeine is totally allowed on LE Diet. so any flavor is ok, tea may sway slightly blue, but dehydrated instant tea prob. doesn't have much of the tea goodness that can help fertility. IG frowns on caff. tho so if you're doing an IG approach you'll want to avoid it.
I ate quite a bit of corn when I TTC DD! fine by me, and in fact with corn, it's free for protein and fat, all you need to count is calories.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I googled vitex to buy.. Silly me ill check amazon. I've never heard of vitex before this site and I'm loving all the new info! Ps. Buying the membership today what sold me is all the great ppl on here, it's so nice to come here not be judged and the site navigates well even though there is grips of info!
