Help with vitex please sombody

Hi ladies.
I am freaking out. I have only been on vitex this cycle so first cycle. I am dc24 and am spotting red off and on today. I am 90% sure I Oed on cd16 as per my usual opk and pains but I had some brown spotting a few days ago and thought nothing of it! The bottle says 660mg dry fruit equiv but after today I am a little worried. I never have had spotting of any kind before this early without a period following and I am wondering if the vitex could have affected me this soon as I have read it takes a few cycles to work. I usually have a 31day cycle with spotting for around two days before. If I do get my period that isn't a long enough LP to get pregnant. If I don't get it what is with the spotting and should I keep taking the vitex.
I am worried and I am kind of scared I have done this to myself right now! I know wacky cycles seem to sway girl but this waky cycle is making me wacky!

My question to Atomic... Should I maybe just take this the months I actually plan on ttc seems my body is reacting to it pretty strongly when most others report no change.

Thanks for any reply's ladies as you can tell I am a little concerned! I am not taking any other supps right now at all no asprin, sp nothing just the vitex as I am informed the longer on that the better. I plan on starting the diet tomorrow

With Vitex, I notice that anything that isn't your normal cycle is par for the course. Some people's cycles are moved up from taking it, others become longer. I had a 38 day cycle on Vitex. I'm not sure I'd be too worried about having a shorter cycle myself, but do what you think is best for you and your body.

Did you TTC this month? Is the spotting maybe from implantation bleeding?

No deff not pregnant. I thought it took a few cycles to work and I wanted to be on it a few before trying. I am starting the diet tomorrow! That's why I am concerned about the spotting! I thought it would be way to soon to see any effects!! I only took it af to day 14 and deff oed on the 16th day maybe the 17th but going from opk pain and cm 16th!

I was going to say implantation too as that's exactly what it sounds like. How sure are you that your not pregnant?

We have been using condoms 100% of the time. It actually feels like my period is knocking on the door but so so early. As I am angry as per my normal.. :/ There wouldn't be enough time for the egg to implant at this stage I am really unsure weather to continue using it! I am still spotty no need for a pad, even though I have one to be safe and on wiping. I have never had a cycle like this before ever Always been a 30-32 day O in 16 spot two-3days before kind of girl maybe the spotting is my Af coming ? I know it is supposed to change your cycle and it is a girl thing but seriously if I am getting my period bubs wouldn't be able to stick ........ plus this spotting thing is scary. I don't like it (spotting) otherwise I have no other effects and feel like I haven't even took the vitex! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm guess I will wait to see what Atomic says!

Just did a test to make sure - negative.
I am happy with that as this is 100% our last bub and I want to know I did everything I could to have a lil girl and if it is a boy I will love him to bits and them some
