Does anyone know from what calendar day can we use a heating pad from? I was reading on the net and came across this;-
'Heating pads are great for relieving pain or muscle aches.* However, if you are trying to conceive, you may want to avoid using a heating pad.* Although it may not be a problem, there is the potential that the heating pad could impair ovulation or that it could cause egg*damage.' ref - Ovulation Pain

People on here have used them for swaying boy. I did this month but felt weird about it so I'll be leaving it out next time.

Some people use the heating pad several days before ovulation up to several days after ovulation to increase the lining of the uterus. Supposedly a thick healthy lining can only help with implantation. I tried it in January but keep forgetting in the following months.

I would personally never have you guys use a heating pad. We just don't know if it's safe for egg and sperm and could be harmful to fertilized egg.

In the days before ovulation it is fine. If a ripe egg, sperm, or ESPECIALLY fertilized egg is on the scene, I just don't think we have enough data to say for sure if it's safe.
Also, if you are experiencing any blood thinning effects from garlic or fish oil, it will really up the bleeding from your ruptured follicle and may actually aggravate O pains.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I'm not sold on the whole idea so the fact that I haven't used it since January isn't really bothering me. I think their are better things to invest our swaying energy into.
