I think so! We always have St Dalfour which is lovely (although the raspberry one is nicer!).

I've never heard of st dalfour. I'm so glad you said that as I've had toast and jam for lunch all week! Rather use my salt on Parmesan cheese with dinner!!! So hungry now!!!

the french diet says you can have a little jam, doesn't it? but only a little bit!

It's yum! They call it fruit spread or conserve or something because it doesn't have enough sugar in it to be called jam, it's sweetened with grape juice I think - with the jams in Tesco!
