    you DON'T. If you do alcohol, you can't do antihistamine at the same time.

    The alcohol may have a cumulative (small effect over time) effect, whereas the antihistamine is short lived, so one might drink alcohol for a while whiel on the sway diet, then drop the alcohol and do antihistamine around your attempt.
